About Me

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown, Pennsylvania with a teaching degree in Physics. After graduating, I taught physics to seniors at my Alma mater, a Catholic school in Johnstown. I was the Drama Coach as well as the Assistant Athletic Director.

After teaching in Pennsylvania, I moved to Durham, North Carolina where I taught eighth grade science at a public middle school. I also coached the girl’s volleyball team.

I put my teaching career on hold and started working at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. I was office support at the School of Pharmacy as well as the Clinic Manager at the School of Psychology.

I began a music career and released several albums. I toured internationally with the bands Red Collar and JKutchma & The Five Fifths. In between touring, I taught in both long and short term substitute capacities at the Durham School of the Arts magnet school.

My wife and I live in Nampa. I am currently in the band Chasing 76.
